Life-Change Happens in Groups

Groups are a combination of hanging out with friends and leaders and growing closer to Jesus. Students need an atmosphere that is guided by those committed adult leaders to grow in their faith. Author Reggie Joiner said it this way:

“Before anyone can wrestle with abstract concepts like faith, hope, and the meaning of life, they simply need to know who loves them and where they belong.”

We want to provide that place of belonging and also challenge students to grow in their faith. Meetings normally consists of hanging out, games, some food and, of course, Bible study.

When, Where and For Whom?

Princeton Location :: High School groups meet for one hour on Wednesdays. The purpose of that time is to spiritually grow and mature students. Our small group leaders form great relationships with their students and we hope that we create an atmosphere where peer to peer relationships can form as well.

Princeton Location :: Middle School. The group meets during the 11:00AM The Bridge Princeton service in the Carpenter’s House. Students experience worship, a message and then are dismissed to groups to discuss the topic of the day.

Goldsboro Location :: Middle and High School. The group meets during the 11:00AM The Bridge Goldsboro service. Students experience worship in the adult auditorium then are dismissed and escorted to our expansion lobby to experience a time of games, Bible study, and discussion.

Mount Olive Location :: Middle & High School
Bridge Students Mt. Olive meet during The Bridge Mt. Olive 10am service at Raper Hall. Mt. Olive students attend worship as regular and then are dismissed to the youth meeting and experience a great time of hanging out, games, Bible study and discussion.
